"The timing feels really slow to me. It feels like it's almost animated on 4s. I would suggest speeding it up by a factor of 2, or even 4 in some areas."

Dear all,I finally (and still on time for Halloween) finished my Halloween themed animation. For years I wanted to make one, this year I had the focus and an idea. But it was quite a struggle I can tell you  I was perhaps a bit over ambitious in what I wanted and I had some problems with the clay staining the paper background. Furthermore I noticed some focus issues when I was finished animating. The hand failed at a point, a finger broke and the clay cracked at a certain point. But .. I still…See More

"One trick to get more light is to use a reflector board. This can lighten shadows without introducing the problems you get with a second light source, such as extra shadows in the wrong place."
