Ive taken a few weeks off from my stop mo learning fun due to being busy with "real life" hahhaa
finally got a couple hours to myself and decided to attempt a quick test with my konova k2 slider... it has a built in ruler on the slide itself... so i utilized those to try and keep it smooth

Looks great!! Very smooth, and nice use of ease-in and ease-out.
THANKS A BILLION MR STRIDER!!
i promise to take my time with anything i hope to use in a film... i just wanted to see if i could do it...lol
Wow, that moves very smoothly. Nice work. Are you moving it manually along the track or is it motorized? Can you move the track around easily? You posted pictures of the track and camera dolly already on here somewhere right? Just wanted to do a little reverse engineering;)
The Konova company sells a motorized add on to this unit... but im just doing it manually... its super simple with the "ruler" allready on the slider...
the dolly is fairly lightweight...and has legs or can be attached to a tripod... this shot was taken with the dolly on a tripod...
heres a pic of the dolly mounted on the tripod... http://img823.imageshack.us/img823/6682/3a8g.jpg
heres a couple pics of it mounted to the stage itself (took the legs off and clamped it in place)
And here it is sitting on its legs
