Very happy that this is finally coming out and looking forward to seeing more of your animation, Anthony!
I am beyond excited for this movie! November can't come soon enough!!!
Saw it in French at the Anima festival! It's a great movie, and the stop-motion parts are well made, very good looking. Unfortunately they are quite scarce, the movie is 85% 3D animation.
Ah. I remember well this tale in its original book form. Specially the drawings. I used to love the elephant inside the snake, the fox, the lonely flower. A bitter-sweet book alright. I never came to terms with the end as I recall it. Anyway. Looking forward to this latest rendition. I love the idea of "fantasy" represented as stop-motion while reality being CGI (for what I gather in the trailer). Cool thing.
