It has some storytelling shots, (I especially liked the one where's he's gulping down whiskey) but it looks more like an entertaining slide show than stop motion. If you have the original video footage, would it be possible to edit down each increment of movement (not each shot, but each movement) to a single frame? That would give it more of a Norman MacLaren's "Neighbors" look. The way it is now it works as an animatic, but there's just not enough movement to qualify it as animation. On the other hand, you are really good at conveying story in still images, which is not something all animators can do. That alone makes it worth a viewing.
