What software will you use to remove the rig? Great animation!

Well there are many ways of rig removal. Stop Motion Pro has a built in "Rig Removal" tool, yet I use DragonFrame. I would either import the images into Adobe Photoshop to paint out the rig, or more likely use Adobe After Effects by masking out the rig using the pen tool. I may make a tutorial on this if you're interested.

I am highly interested i just started using dragonframe I have photoshop cc but don't think that's right app for removing rig from hundreds of frames. Bout to pull the trigger on after effects.

Look forward to it . Thanks!

A tutorial would be great for rig removal in After Effects! I'm also new to stop motion and I've tried looking online but couldn't find any good ones for rig removal in After Effects... You should totally make one!

I hear ya! I'll be doing a tutorial on this next. And  Eddie I do agree, Photoshop is quite tedious since you have to save each image and import new ones. I spent about two hours last night doing rig removal in photoshop for about 48 frames. After Effects would definitely be a better option.
