LEGO Creator Small Cottage Stop Motion Animation Build.

I learned a lot about lighting and camera set up during the making of this video, the second in my LEGO build series. I was getting some light flicker in some of the scenes early on, but was able to come up with a set up that helped almost eliminate it in the latter scenes. Hopefully that set up would help me keep light flicker at a minimum in future animation projects. Thanks for viewing!

i like how clear your image is. considering how bright, and shiny lego is. you must have spent ages getting the right settings.

may i ask what camera you are using.

Thanks, Trevor!  I am using a Nikon D7000.  I alternate between these Nikon lenses: a 50mm f/1.8 AF-D, a Nikon 35mm f/1.8 AF-S and a Nikon 60mm f/2.8 AF-D (Macro).  Yes, I had to do a couple of takes just to get the settings right.  Most scenes where shot at around f/11 to f/16, at shutter speeds of 1/13 to 1/8.
