that's a good explanation of the build-up puppet making process.

Nice! Where can I watch "Gator", Robert? Is it completed?

I found it on youtube it's really old from 2007 I don't know why he's uploading it here now..

Anthony - Thanks. It was a labor of love but a lot of work. It was a one time thing and lately I have had the urge to do another. Mike - It's on YouTube in 3 parts. My actors aren't professional but they are funny. This was not a professional film but more just something I always wanted to try. Stamp Motion - Yes, it's old but it was something I planned, built, and completed from start to finish and I am very proud of it for 1st time effort. It taught me a lot. Harryhausen films are old too but we all still love em.

That's awesome, Robert! I'll be sure to check it out. I've had the desire to do a stop-motion short for several years now, but have yet to do so. I've read several books on the subject, watched films and YouTube videos, but have never made the effort to actually film something. Kudos to you for pursuing your passion, my friend. It's certainly more than what I've done.

If you have a higher res copy of the film, you should post it to Vimeo or even YouTube again. It's getting a bit mangled in 2007 compression. Love the gator puppet. Looks like it was a fun build.
