A stopmotion animated movie about girl, Sujin Gray, who tries to find her missing mother. When she discovers that the Sea has taken her mother, Sujin decides she will drain the ocean. With some fantasy, a tiny (not annoying) bit of steam-punk, and some warped history, an odd adventure unfolds.
Both the story and the production blend space and culture of South Korea and the U.S. in a bunch of strange ways. This is also my first attempt at any hand-drawn animation (beginning late in the movie).
Shot on a Nikon D5000 using Dragonframe.
