So after realizing the deadline we have decided we need to keep are heads down and get all the models made within a 6 day allocated period. Monday and Tuesday each week are animation work days.

We are currently living off strawberry straws and Gran Morrison keeps bringing up cups of tea! After testing the camera with the dell laptop we have seen that there is a driver missing which in theory could cause some trouble. However with the use of an external harddrive it shouldn't cause too much trouble.

Progress is good. So far we have an aeroplane, Japanese inspired panels, a miniature volcano island, the beginnings of a large volcano, a bridge and a raft. There is still a long way to go with such a small production team of just 2, but with the sugar rush and enthusiasm I am sure we can do it :)

Bring on the paper mache-ing!

Polyamide plastic will apparently break down with water exposure, so this rules out gypsum molds. I'm curious if anyone here knows whether two-part silicone putty or other material would work with polyamide? I know this can be done with PLA. My end…Continue
