Hot pants got you didn't it?  Well, that is my word for "short shorts" (get it?).  I have been casting about for a subject which would be appropriate for a 15 second clip, and finally came up with one I like.  The idea is for an advertisement for my animation studio (I have  thought of stealing Nick's "Humongous Studios" or maybe "Acme Studios"), that is if I ever manage to get it off the ground.

The clip will begin with a man ("Joe") walking back and forth in front of his restaurant, wearing a sandwich sign with "EAT AT JOE'S" on it.  All the people who pass by ignore him totally.  Then, a roar is heard off-screen and a huge T. Rex enters and everyone scatters.  The dinosaur is wearing a huge sandwich sign which says: "Get noticed!  Call Acme Studios at xxx-xxxx."

I have the storyboard done, and also a 4-inch high "Joe" for use with the dinosaur.  The beast has b been drawn out and I am working out the details of the armature, along with the street setting.  I will need to make a 12-inch Joe, the monster, and some people for the street, and of course the background (which I might do in post).

As soon as I have some pics, I will post them.
