"Several things you can do: Adjust the lighting. Move the lights further away, soften them with tracing paper. Adjust the camera. Increase your shutter speed or decrease the aperture (from e.g. f5.6 to f8) Adjust the puppet. Might be a very shiny…"

"Looks like you just need to adjust the aperture of your camera. Too much light going into the camera, the light areas are getting blown out."

Lighting

What I’m looking for is advice on lighting. My character seems washed out and blurry. What types of lights do people use and what types of wattage?
