"That looks like a pretty good process, although you need to be sure the shell is spacious enough for what you are putting inside. Also, use retarder and deadener when pouring the silicone so it has time to flow down to the bottom of the mould, or…"

Hello everyone,I’m interested in building a mechanical head and I’m trying to get my head around the steps required to get something like that built. I’m looking at designs by Ron Cole and Jim Randall. They have been very generous by sharing info and pictures, but it is always difficult to interpret things from a distance.
