Marble Track 3 Construction

This is my first stop motion video. The characters in the video have a project in mind, but I am not sure how exactly to get there, much less how to make an interesting story out of it. They just finished the first segment of marble track.I've got a long way to go, but it's been fun to build so far!At the time I post this, the video has no audio, and is made up of four clips which you can view in sequence here…See More

Using Dragonframe's increments on a bezier curve, I got the plate to do some vaguely reasonable side to side motion as it came down.

Special thanks to my…

Wondering how to add motion blur in Dragonframe

Posted on August 10, 2017 at 1:25pm 0 Comments

I just came to the most technically difficult part of my movie: flying a helicopter into the scene.  I have an idea for how to rig it up with thread to simulate flight, but I want to add an effect of motion blur on the blades of my helicopter.

It seems Dragonframe cannot do this, but the effect can be simulated by merging some images in post processing.  Here's a suggestion for how to handle the images in Dragonframe:…
