Building a CAVE set!

I've decided that, an interior cave scene will be a nessasary effect. It is obviously inspired by 1933's King kong. I'm hoping It will be as convincing.

"i agree, it takes a little longer but it alsp covers more space with one strip. it also looks tighty compaired to direct application witch seems kind of clumsy"

Thanks for the tips about the fiberglass and the athletic tape. I will definitely look into the latter. Looking forward to seeing your ape in action. I am planning a gorilla model myself. I am going to try my hand at replicating Kong 33. I know it won't look exactly like him, but I hope to get in the ball park.
