I seen TV paint come up for rig removal. Is there any other free software out to do the task?

"DaVinci Resolve is the software that now contains Fusion. You can do all your post processing in it now. Editing, color grading and effects."

"Blackmagic Fusion seems to be the only compositing software listed. There is also Davinci Resolve, heck I'm pretty sure you can use Blender's VSE as well. :)"

"You could check out Krita, it's a free Photoshop alternative that has damn good animation capabilities. You can load your frames into the app and paint over them in the same way you'd do it in Photoshop."
