My name is Jerry and I work in Product Development for Ikinema.
We are really interested in engaging with the developer community and want to understand the key challenges you face in 3D Animation brand explainer video.Maybe it's rigging? Poor quality MoCap? Issues animating non-humanoid characters?
Whatever it is - I want to hear it. Hopefully myself or one of the team here can help.
If you mean cgi, that's not what this site is about. We do stop motion animation, which is indeed a kind of 3d animation, but with actual physical puppets, moved by hand, lit with actual lights on a set, and photographed with a camera. MoCap doesn't really apply.
There are members who do cgi as well, though.
What website would be better to choose? If you don’t want to be sure about your results I would recommend you to see how that work on the 3d animation services. Here are 100% high-quality animation could be made. I know those guys and buy here video for my adverting. Don’t know what your question is, but try the website. At least here you can see all the information and examples clear.

Rigging is perhaps the most complex and the most pervasive problem faced by 3D animators worldwide. If the characters you deploy are not on point and still seem cartoonish, your 3d animation is as good as dead. In my opinion, there is no other way to get this done other than painstakingly etching out all the details and working on them through hours of labor, sometimes to get just a twitch of the eyebrow right. The difference between 2D animation and 3D animation, as found out by many who jumped the gun from the world of 2D to 3D, to apparently chime on an uncharted and lucrative industry, is huge and its because of just this aspect. So if you are a 3D animator or willing to become one, you need to know, that its not going to be easy at all.
