I am trying to make an animation video of specific duration (e.g. I have 4000 steps and need to make a video of 20 seconds). However, I cannot possibly get it to work, I select 'duration', enter 20 seconds, but the produced video is WAY longer than that..am I doing something terribly wrong or is it a possible bug ?
I did not find the right solution from the internet.
4000 frames would be 160 seconds (2.66 minutes) at 25 frames per second. Or 133.33 seconds at 30 fps. So it would be a lot longer to start with.
What software are you using to reduce it to 20 seconds? After Effects? Premiere? Final Cut Pro? The steps would be a little different in each video editor. (I use TV Paint Animation, but that isn't common.) Someone may be familiar with that program. There are a lot of tutorials on Youtube if it's After Effects. You would probably have to select whether you want to drop frames to speed up the whole clip, or simply chop off everything outside the 20 sec duration.
I didn't click on your link because I'm not sure if its genuine. With Gridhome I get a "do you want to buy this url" page, and I don't see what "barcode solutions" has to do with a video editing question.
SPAM/SCAM warning. Questions look legit because they are copied and pasted from actual posts on forums, but with the one I checked, it was from 2013. Don't click on the links.
don't people have better things to do !!!???
