There are times when shooting with Dragonframe 3 when we can't play back the entire scene we've shot. It seems that after a few hundred frames (not sure the exact number off the top of my head) the in point for playback adjusts to the right. You can adjust it back to the beginning, but then you can't watch to the end.

Is there a way to change this frame limit? Is it determined by Dragonframe code or the computer RAM, or something else?

I've looked through Dragonframe's instructions, but don't see anything.

That would only happen if you are using a very old version of the software. If you are on 3.5+, that won't happen.

Also, that is a memory limit, and it is described in the User Guide.

I wouldn't call version 3 "very old" but yes, that's what we're running. Thanks for the feedback.

I would. The version you were using is about six years old.

The 3.5.0 release, which has the resolution to the issue you are having, was more than five years ago. So if you had just checked for updates any time in the last five years, you would not have had the issue.

If you have a license for Dragonframe 3, it's good for any 3.x.x version of the software.
