The Digital Bolex is amazing, isn't it? I think it is to live action filmmakers what the DSLR with Live View is to us stopmotionistas - gives them amazing digital quality at an affordable price that even (many) amateurs can pay.
And if you're combining stopmotion with live action, it's probably your golden ticket! Though I haven't compared the capabilities of it against the capabilities of HD video from a good DSLR. I imagine the D-Bo comes out way in the lead there.
Digital Bolex for Stop motion + live action is great. Just combine the pictures and do the coloring in Resolve. Works fine.
Only problem is that I can't find a remote controller for this camera. Do you know one? Cheap one?
