Since yesterday, the whole look of the site has changed... or is it just me? It is now a wide blinding landscape of pure white, such as Scott of the Antarctic would have faced! Text is in black.
Windows like the one to add an image have a clear background, so all the text of my post shows through and it's really hard to see.
I checked it in Safari and Chrome, it is the same in both. I re-set my settings for the Appearance back to the default, no change. Didn't see anywhere to set preferences for text or background colour, anyway.
I'm off to order some snow goggles:
Great. It looks good to me too. This message from Ning support:
Thanks for your patience. Our engineering team resolved the issue with CSS being stripped on your network. The appearance on stopmotionanimation.ning.com should now be loading properly. However, you may want to clear your browser cache or do a few hard refreshes on your end (Ctrl + F5 on a PC or Shift + Command + R on a Mac) to ensure you're pulling in a new version of the page.
Thanks Roos, yes, my camping trip was great, went to Big Sur for a couple days.

Hi Anthony, I was logged in when I first saw the change. I just tried logging out and logging in again, but it still looks the same. Hope you had a good camping trip. :)
Thank you for investigating it, and passing it on to the site's support team. At least everything is working fine still. It seems to be just a design issue. As if some codes that were determining the place and colour of things have dissapeared.
Yep, back in the black! Well, dark grey actually, but back to normal for me too.
Anthony, thank you for the prompt fix. Looking stylish again! :)
you're welcome, I'm happy it turned out to be an easy fix. I thought it might be related to the impending upgrade from the current Ning 2.0 platform to 3.0. Ning Support said it had nothing to do with it but that the upgrade will need to happen sometime in the future. The migration to 3.0 is something I've been dreading for awhile. If you're interested in knowing how the migration will affect this site, you can read thru this mess: http://creators.ning.com/faq/upgrading-to-ning-3#deadline
